Lifelong learning, one reflection at a time.

Learning is the second step of the coaching cycle: what do you (and/or your coach) need to know before you can carry out your plan? In science this is background research: what questions have already been answered about your topic of experimentation? My masters thesis involved poring over any and every publication relating to the ecology of the common dandelion (Taraxacum officinale). Luckily I found nothing in the primary literature that answered my specific research question. If I had, I would have had to choose another question, taking me back to step one: plan.

I have learned about many interesting strategies and tools in my time as an educator. For the purpose of carrying out my goal, I will need to learn many more parts of this tool called WordPress. For example, why is there a very large blank space to the left of this body of text? Can it be removed, and if so, how? Graphics and text together are better than either alone, but thus far I merely approach expectations with my use of Canva.
